Semi-Automatic Battery Stacking Machine for Pouch Cell

Description:

The battery separator is automatically unrolled and introduced into the stacking table through the tension mechanism. The stacking table drives the separator to move back and forth to perform Z-shaped stacking. The anode electrode sheets are stacked first, and the two sets of manipulators respectively take the cathode and anode electrodes out of the two material boxes, and stack them on the stacking table after precise positioning. After the lamination is completed, the cells are transferred by the manipulator.

Features:

1. Battery separator: active unwinding; constant tension control; full correction of the separator; static removal of the separator; alignment accuracy of the separator±0.5mm.

2. High precision: Through the precise positioning of the pole piece, the overall accuracy of the battery electrode sheets in the stack is guaranteed to be±0.5mm.

3. Efficiency: The lamination speed can reach 1.6s~2s/Pcs (auxiliary time 10S).

4. Reliability: The high-precision and frequently moving modules of the equipment are fixed with positioning pins.

5. Simple changeover: both the pole piece gauge structure and the stacking table are equipped with positioning pins. When changing the type, you only need to insert the mold into the corresponding positioning pins. According to the requirements of operating level, the start-up personnel can change the model by themselves after simple training.
