2. Weighing: Balance, active substance calculation formula: active substance mass=

(Mass of electrode (mg) - Circular area (cm2) * Density of current collector surface (mg/cm2) * Proportion of active substance

3. Electrode sheet baking: DZF-6050 (53L) vacuum drying oven

Temperature: 60-80 ℃ Time: 2-4 hours

4. Electrode sheet assembly: single station glove box, small hydraulic button battery sealing machine

Recommended battery assembly sequence: negative case - sodium chips- electrolyte - separator - electrolyte - electrode sheet - gasket / spacer- spring - positive case

5. Battery testing: 5V10mA 8 channel battery tester

Calculate the mass of the active substance, input the corresponding current magnitude, and voltage range.

Current calculation: 0.1C=1C (active substance mass mg × 0.001 × nominal specific capacity mAh/g) × 0.1
