This hot roller press machine is a electric rolling press with variable speed 24VDC gear motor and switch power supply, which can be used from 110V- 220VAC inside glove box. It has dual rollers of 100 mm Diameter * 100mm width. This rolling press machine is an ideal calendering equipment for preparing electrode sheet for Li-ion batteries research after coating and drying.

Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC In order to prolong the lifespan of the roller bearings, regular lubrication is recommended. Multi-step thickness calendering needed: While calendering the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm comparing to sheet original thickness. Never calendering decrement over 0.02mm comparing to original sheet thickness each calendering. Must clean roller surface for each rolling and use acetone to clean and lubricate when not in use to avoid corrosion |
