The electrical control part of the spot welder adopts a modular design, featuring high integration, good versatility, and easy maintenance; the main executive mechanism is controlled by a servo motor, ensuring high precision and reliability; the electrical circuit of the equipment uses standard control components and devices at home and abroad, enabling convenient maintenance and replacement.
Function Description
1. The double-sided automatic spot welder supports breakpoint restart and is equipped with a 10000A transistor welding power supply, capable of welding nickel sheets of 0.3mm or thinner.
2. The programming interface is easy to operate, supporting three modes: CAD drawing import, array, and manual operation. It can store any number of programming files.
3. It provides a welding pin replacement reminder function. The welding head adopts water-cooled circulation for heat dissipation, which effectively reduces the wear of welding pins and improves welding results.
4. Equipped with a built-in welding current monitoring system, it can monitor the welding current in real time and has functions of false welding and cold solder joint alarm for real-time welding monitoring.
