Because of its high lithium ion conductivity and chemical stability to lithium, it is used as a solid electrolyte material for lithium based batteries and its stability at high temperatures. Because of its better electrochemical stability, LLZO is more suitable for it is a solid electrolyte material. Lithium ion conductivity: up to~6-7x10-4 S/cm at room temperature.
