1. Ultra-High-Purity Base Material (≥99.99%)
A vacuum distillation–zone melting hybrid process reduces impurities to <10 ppm (90% lower than industry standards), minimizing side reactions. Third-party tests confirm 500+ cycles at 1C with 91% capacity retention.


2. Biomimetic Composite Interfacial Layer
An atomic-layer-deposited (ALD) artificial SEI layer delivers:

Ionic conductivity of 8.3×10⁻³ S/cm (near liquid-electrolyte levels)

98% dendrite suppression (validated by synchrotron in situ imaging)

72-hour air stability (<0.1% oxidation weight gain without encapsulation)

3. Modular Thickness Control (0.05–1.2 mm)
A precision rolling technology enables customization for diverse battery systems:
