The Battery Electrode Slitting Machine is a core and crucial equipment in the manufacturing process of lithium batteries, specifically responsible for the slitting processing of electrode sheets. It serves as an important link connecting the electrode coating and winding/stacking processes. Its core function is to precisely slit the entire rolled positive (aluminum foil substrate) and negative (copper foil substrate) electrodes into narrow electrode sheets that meet the design specifications of the battery, providing the basic materials for subsequent cell assembly.

It uses imported high-precision cutting tools and a servo closed-loop control system, with the cutting error controlled within ±0.01mm, ensuring the consistency of electrode sheet dimensions. Secondly, it has excellent protective performance. It is equipped with intelligent tension adjustment and burr suppression technology, which can effectively prevent the electrode from stretching, wrinkling or having excessive edge burrs, thereby reducing the risk of battery short circuit. Thirdly, it has strong adaptability. It supports various electrode thicknesses (0.01 - 0.2mm) and width specifications, and can be quickly reconfigured to meet the diverse production needs of power, energy storage, and consumer lithium batteries.
