There are many kinds of roller press machine in the market, generally, it can be sorted in 3 types:

1. The first one is manual/machinery type, the rolling width and roller size can be customized, horizontal and vertical type for your choice.

2. The second type is electric type/hydraulic type, the advantage is save labor, the rolling speed could be adjusted.

3. The third type is hot roller press machine, the roller is heatable, it is very good for increasing electrode's density when roller is heated.

Our suggestion is the manual small type is okay for laboratory when you budget is not enough, if you get good funds, you can choose electric and heat roller calender. For battery factory, it is better to choose hydraulic type, because the pressure is heavy, and heatable roller is not suitable for a wider electrode, the hot roller is proteiform.
